1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to WinMaple.com (the "Website" or "Service"), operated by WinMaple Lottery Inc. ("WinMaple", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and WinMaple governing your access to and use of the Website and any related services, including purchasing lottery tickets and participating in draws.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Participation in WinMaple lottery games is strictly regulated. To register an account and play, you must meet the following criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 19 years of age. It is a criminal offense for anyone under the age of 19 to participate in lottery gaming. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage.
• Location: You must be physically located within the province of Ontario or other authorized Canadian jurisdictions at the time of purchase. Use of VPNs or proxies to mask your location is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Account Limit: You may only open and maintain one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Employee Restriction: Employees, officers, and directors of WinMaple Lottery Inc., as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate in prize draws.

3. Account Security and Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WinMaple is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.

We perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. We may require you to submit documentation (e.g., driver's license, utility bill) to verify your identity before allowing withdrawals or prize claims.

4. Purchasing Tickets

4.1 Sales Final

All ticket purchases are final. Once a transaction has been confirmed and the ticket generated in our system, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, except in the event of a technical error verified by our engineering team.

4.2 Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). WinMaple reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect tickets already purchased.

4.3 System Errors

In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers selected by the player and the numbers recorded in the central WinMaple gaming server, the numbers recorded in the server shall be deemed the valid entry. If a ticket is purchased but not recorded due to a transmission failure, the player's sole remedy is a refund of the purchase price.

5. Draws and Results

Draws are conducted weekly using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a physical draw machine, audited by independent third-party firms to ensure fairness and randomness. The official results are those certified by the independent auditor. In the event of a discrepancy between the results displayed on the Website and the official certified results, the official certified results shall prevail.

6. Prize Claims and Payments

6.1 Claim Deadlines

All prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and reallocated to the prize fund or charitable causes in accordance with provincial regulations.

6.2 Prize Categories

• Minor Prizes (Under $1,000): Automatically credited to your WinMaple Wallet. Funds can be used for future play or withdrawn to your bank account.
• Major Prizes ($1,000 and over): Require a formal claim process. You must complete a Prize Claim Form and undergo enhanced identity verification. Payment will be made via cheque or wire transfer.
• Jackpot Prizes: May be paid as a lump sum or annuity, depending on the specific game rules. Jackpot winners may be required to attend a validation interview at our headquarters.

6.3 Publicity

By accepting a Major Prize, you grant WinMaple the right to use your name, city of residence, and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer tools to help you manage your play, including:

• Deposit Limits: Cap the amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Self-Exclusion: You can voluntarily lock your account for a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years. During this time, you will not be able to log in or purchase tickets.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Website for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, provincial, or federal law.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Website's code or servers.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to purchase tickets or scrape data.
• Colluding with other players or attempting to manipulate the outcome of a draw.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WINMAPLE LOTTERY INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WinMaple Lottery Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
